Mission and Strategy
Noesis is an Italian company founded in July 2007 as a Management Spin Off
from a major Italian corporation specialized in research projects in the Web arena.
Noesis' aim is to apply the outcome of more than 10 years of academic and
industrial research by developing solutions for the most mature and promising
markets and to fully exploit such opportunities. This marketing and sales focus
was not really the primary target of the previous environment, and was therefore
the main reason for creating this new entity.
Noesis has acquired all the rights for the developments regarding this new
venture.
Noesis has been built around the concept of the Web, both in terms of the
technology used and the market to be applied.
Noesis itself acts as a net-company. In addition to the internal development force, Noesis has created relationships with numbers of independent developers
specialized in vertical skills that can be involved as needed.
On the Marketing & Sales side, Noesis is willing to develop strong and solid
partnerships with leading organizations/developers/software publishers in the
market.
Noesis completely takes care of the development side. We exploit our already implemented solutions, fine-tune and
adapt them to the specific needs
of the partner.
Noesis Background
Noesis' background assets include ideas, skills and technologies developed in
research projects since 1997, involving large companies, small
technology-oriented firms, and several universities. These projects were
partially funded by the European Union and the Italian Government, partially
self-financed by the industrial partners.
