Carousel Optimizer for Email Marketing is a web service that optimizes the planning of email delivery. The aim is to deliver the right message to the right target at the right time maximizing the clickthrough and the ROI of any Email Marketing campaign.

The Carousel Service adopts a Service oriented Architecture (SOA) and lets developers design computer programs that interact directly with the Carousel engine. Doing that, email servers can integrate and use the Carosuel optimization engine and algorithms.
